We understand the challenges that are faced by property sellers and buyers. Having been on both sides, we appreciate that finding a buyer quickly and selling at the right price is not easy. On the other hand, finding a trustworthy real estate agent and purchasing the right property takes a lot of effort. We believe it should not be this way. Our purpose is to generously serve as much as we can to both buyers and sellers.

We have started the process by providing a semi managed platform to connect real estate players. As a real estate agent, our platform allows you to:

As a buyer, in addition to the above advantages, you can directly contact real estate agents, arrange times to meet, and transact.  Depending on how your experience is let us know so that other people can benefit from your experience. Good or bad.

We are driven by the belief that all agents, regardless of size or location, should have access to the best tools to serve customers without limitation. And we are just getting started. We have more products planned.

So, why offer a free product?

As a real estate company, we worked to develop a really good website. Once this website was ready, we asked ourselves- why not share the same with other agents?

There are several listings sites in the market, but they are not built to empower real estate players. We started this journey as unsatisfied real estate agents as the existing platforms didn’t work for us.

• We wanted more than a free listing product.
• We wanted products developed specifically for our interests. The existing platforms appear to be built around revenue models, as opposed to an agent-centric model, which makes more sense to us.
• We would like to have an opportunity to expand our network.
• It is bizarre that when we visit the websites of many competitors, they are and still are the same way they were years ago- there’s clearly a problem.

So how do we aim to serve?

We have made you, our partner – and we have made it our mission and our purpose to bring you closer to your customers – to help you grow your business.

Your feedback, your ideas, your input, your patience and your loyalty will determine what this platform becomes.

We know being free is never going to be enough. We want:

• to build an agent centric model, so that an agent can share properties with different colleagues. You bring the story. We bring the technology tools to help you share it with your market.
• to build team collaboration
• everyone to use our platform and for free.
• our support will be available 24×7–365, with a commitment towards absolutely delighting you.

So now you’re asking yourself.. how do we manage to ship a feature packed product to hundreds or real estate agents and thousands of buyers whilst providing support and still manage to keep our lights on?

1. If you need conveyancing services, we shall link you up with one of our partners who are experienced in this field for a service that will more than delight you.
2. If you need a website created, we shall provide you with a beautiful one that makes you stand out. A website that will be as  good as your offline brand. We shall help you bring your story to life and engage with your customers online within weeks.
3. If you need to organize an in-person meeting, don't sweat it. One of our event planners will take care of this for you. Now sit back and we shall make those site visit plans for you.
4. If you don’t want to have to run your errands, we will do that for you. Believe it that we shall provide you with a professionally trained, incredibly talented assistants to support your business.
